About me

Hi, I use a combination of evidence based therapies to help you with problems related to stress, anxiety, confidence and self image. 

I combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy to achieve results fast, typically within 6-8 sessions. I can help you change your thought and behaviour patterns that don't serve a purpose in your life. You can rewire your mind no matter your age and can make a powerful and positive change in your life. I also bring in elements of Somatic work, Gestalt Therapy, mind-body therapy, Ericksonian Psychotherapy and mindfulness into my practice. As an added bonus, all my clients tell me that I seem to have a voice made for hypnosis that immediately relaxes them.

Both CBT and Hypnotherapy are effective and proven forms of therapy to help overcome fears. I have successfully helped clients overcome the fear of public speaking, meeting people socially, spiders, enclosed spaces, heights, flying, driving and more. Living with fears is exhausting and we can change that.
