About me
Hi, I use 2 powerful, evidence based and fast acting forms of therapy to help you with problems related to stress, anxiety, confidence and self image.
I combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy to achieve results fast, typically within 6-8 sessions. You can change your thought and behaviour patterns that don't serve a purpose in your life. You can rewire your mind no matter your age and can make a powerful and positive change in your life. As an added bonus, all my clients tell me that I seem to have a voice made for hypnosis that immediately relaxes them.
