Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for anxiety disorders such as OCD, Phobias, and CBT-E for eating disorders.

A combination of CBT and Hypno-Psychotherapy can be a very powerful combination of therapies.

Additional information

When you contact me we will have an initial consultation on the telephone so that we can talk about what hypnotherapy can be helpful for.

In this way we can look at a possible treatment plan together, in this way you can be sure your therapy is based around your individual needs.

If you would then like to then book an appointment face to face, my therapy room is based in the offices at Audley Builders merchants and we can arrange an appointment that fits around the other commitments in your life. Late appointments up to 7:00pm are available. I charge £50.00 a session

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to ask me anything or are unsure if Hypnotherapy is right for you.
