About me

 Welcome!

If you’ve found your way here, it is likely because you are seeking a trusted guide. A professional who values and acknowledges your concerns without judgment, skilled to help you find the best path forward.

My role is to understand the unique complexities of who you are and craft a personalised approach that supports your journey of self-discovery and meaningful change. This starts with careful and deep listening, genuine understanding, and carefully selecting the most effective therapeutic tools from a wide range of evidence-based interventions.

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to hypnotherapy, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), a form of Parts Therapy. I also incorporate elements of Focusing and Process-Oriented Therapy to ensure a comprehensive path forward.

Through years of practice, I’ve developed an ability to match each client’s psychological profile with the most suitable interventions, creating positive and lasting change.

My aim is for you to learn ways to become your own trusted guide, highlighting and strengthening your inner resources so they can be readily available to you as and when you need it.

I can help with a range of challenges, including, but not limited to:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Post-breakup recovery
  • Habit reversal
  • Sleep improvement
  • Assertiveness training
  • Conflict management
  • Interpersonal relationships improvement (being a better boss/ friend/ lover)
  • Goal-achieving (exam preparation, problem-solving, athletic performance
  • Certain addictive processes (in conjunction with Medical supervision)

It is easy to take the first step on the road to a better you, just reach out to me today and book a free 15-min consultation.

"When you're in a vulnerable position, you want to be sure that you're in the hands of someone who is professional and who really cares. These two things don't often go together. Caroline made me feel absolutely safe and supported from the get-go and I found our session immediately effective. She promised that I would have some techniques I could take away and use by myself and that's exactly what happened. It took some days to realise that a weight had been lifted, and I am now looking forward to exploring what I can do with my time now I'm not battling with anxiety. I cannot recommend Caroline too highly. - Ian"

"I have Aspergers. And had my first break up at the age of 36. I found it really hard and needed help . I found Caroline online . And she has been great . Very warm kind and understanding. When I have been stressed she has helped calm me down with the hypnosis etc . In any circumstance if you need help Caroline is great . 👍 - Ralph"

"The hypnosis session with Caroline helped me go deeper into the cause that stopped me from doing what needs to be done. I found it so enlightening that I decided to continue the sessions as they can be extremely powerful on the way it works in your subconconcious mind. I highly recommend her as an outstanding professional, very calm and friendly and assertive, demonstrating her commitment to her clients. Thank you so much! - Day Araujo"

Please do not hesitate in contacting me with any questions.

I wish you all the best in your journey,

Yours,

Caroline.
