About me

If you are here, is because you are looking for a trusted guide who unconditionally accepts your problems as valid and worthy of attention - without judgement.

My job is to recognise the complexities of your character, and created a tailored approach to support your journey of self-discovery and change.

To do that, it is important to profoundly listen, understand, and make therapeutic choices based on the wide range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, theories, and techniques available to us.

I adopt an evidence-based approach to Hypnotherapy strongly based on CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy and IFS (Internal Family Systems, which is a form of Parts Therapy), with elements of Focussing and Process-oriented Therapy.

Over the years I have discovered how to best match my client's psychological profile to the best interventions for effective positive outcomes.

I can help with a range of challenges, including, but not limited to:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Post-breakup recovery
  • Habit reversal
  • Sleep improvement
  • Assertiveness training
  • Conflict management
  • Interpersonal relationships improvement (being a better boss/ friend/ lover)
  • Goal-achieving (exam preparation, problem-solving, athletic performance
  • Certain addictive processes (in conjunction with Medical supervision)

It is easy to take the first step on the road to a better you, just reach out to me today and book a free 15-min consultation.

"When you're in a vulnerable position, you want to be sure that you're in the hands of someone who is professional and who really cares. These two things don't often go together. Caroline made me feel absolutely safe and supported from the get-go and I found our session immediately effective. She promised that I would have some techniques I could take away and use by myself and that's exactly what happened. It took some days to realise that a weight had been lifted, and I am now looking forward to exploring what I can do with my time now I'm not battling with anxiety. I cannot recommend Caroline too highly. - Ian"

"I have Aspergers. And had my first break up at the age of 36. I found it really hard and needed help . I found Caroline online . And she has been great . Very warm kind and understanding. When I have been stressed she has helped calm me down with the hypnosis etc . In any circumstance if you need help Caroline is great . 👍 - Ralph"

"The hypnosis session with Caroline helped me go deeper into the cause that stopped me from doing what needs to be done. I found it so enlightening that I decided to continue the sessions as they can be extremely powerful on the way it works in your subconconcious mind. I highly recommend her as an outstanding professional, very calm and friendly and assertive, demonstrating her commitment to her clients. Thank you so much! - Day Araujo"
