About me
I offer Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, helping people move forward in a positive, practical and supportive way. My approach focuses on what’s going well and where you want to get to, rather than going over the past.
Sessions are calm, relaxed and forward-focused, combining gentle talking therapy with hypnosis to help reduce stress, build confidence and create lasting change.
I work with a range of areas including anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, sleep, confidence and habits, tailoring sessions to each individual.
Based at HAY Wellbeing in Galashiels, I provide a welcoming and professional space where you can take time for yourself and start to feel more in control.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with a background in education and coaching, which shapes my calm, supportive and practical approach.
I hold a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD), and trained with the Clifton Practice.
I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), and hold PVG certification.
Further training and qualifications can be found on the HAY Wellbeing website (www.haywellbeing.com)
