About me

Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.

My name is Arlene Wilson and I’m a fully qualified and registered Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in the beautiful, leafy West End of Aberdeen, I offer Solution Focused Hypnotherapy in discreet, comfortable surroundings. I am fully insured and registered. Weekend and evening appointments available.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines the use of talking therapy - where we work together and discuss your future goals and build a future picture based on taking small steps towards these wonderful goals, hypnosis - a very enjoyable state of relaxation which allows the therapist to access your subconscious mind and use positive suggestion to help you reach your goals and ambitions, and brain explanations - using information from the most recent scientific research.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is very much a collaborative approach between therapist and client as we work towards healing.

Training, qualifications & experience

BA, Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, AfSFH (Reg), CNHC (Reg)

I gained my diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy through the Clifton Practice Training School (CPHT), which is a recognised, accredited Centre of Excellence in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and a leading UK government recognised teaching authority.
