About me

I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based in Wadebridge and surrounding areas.  I offer online, face to face or telephone sessions and have clients from all over the UK and internationally.

Hypnotherapy is a safe, powerful psycho-therapeutic tool which can be used to break negative cycles. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy itself is future orientated, and this means that you do not need to analyse the past, and it is a very positive and relaxing experience.

---------------------

Your initial consultation is free, and includes a free relaxation CD or download.

Although I cannot guarantee outcomes, I have had excellent results with people reaching their goals and achieving the outcomes they yearn for by utilising their own skills, strengths and resources. I love seeing the change that can happen in someone's life, and the positive progress that they can achieve. Your subconscious mind accounts for 95% to 99% of your thinking capability and is immensely powerful at assisting the body to heal.

Please contact me in order to take your first step on the road to getting your life the way that you want it or if you have any questions about hypnosis, fear of flying, needle phobia, depression, anxiety or stress amongst others.

If you would like to book an initial consultation, we can discuss how many session you may require - for example, phobias are normally five sessions and general therapy for anxiety or depression are on average 8 - 12 sessions, but are always dependent on the individual.

Sessions are normally once a week and I will endeavour to keep you to the same time and day each week if this suits you.

I am able to offer appointments to suit you, including evenings and weekends.

Please contact me to find out more by calling 07446 870220, or by emailing me.

My own experience of Hypnotherapy

I was drawn to hypnotherapy as I have always been fascinated with the mind and body connection and the power of your mind to heal. After experiencing Solution Focused Hypnotherapy myself, and other family members and friends and seeing the results that can be achieved as well, I wanted to help others to make a change in their lives.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have achieved my DHP (Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy). The Diploma is accredited by AfSFH (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy), NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy), NBMP (National Board for Modern Psychotherapy), GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) and NCFE.

I am a registered member of:

  • AfSFH - Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
  • NCH - National Council for Hypnotherapy
  • NBMP - National Board for Modern Psychotherapy
  • The Hypnotherapy Directory.

I trained and qualified at the renowned Clifton Practice which was founded by David Newton one of the most experienced and respected practitioners in the UK and is at the forefront of modern day hypnotherapy practice with the support and guidance through the work of experienced hypnotherapists. My training was at The Observatory, Plymouth by Matthew Cahill. The Clifton Practice uses the most up to date research of neuroscience, SFBT and clinical hypnotherapy techniques to promote positive changes within the brain.

I take immense pride in providing the best level of care that I can and with this in mind, I will continue to study and broaden my skills by attending courses and workshops as part of my commitment to continuous professional development and continue to receive regular supervision. The Clifton Practice uses the most up to date research of neuroscience, SFBT and clinical hypnotherapy techniques to promote positive changes within the brain. I regularly attend continued professional development and supervision.
