About me
Hi, my name is Alison Bruce. As a fully qualified and registered hypnotherapist I’ve worked with hundreds of clients since 2010 helping and supporting them as they achieve their goals.
I specialise in anxiety / stress / depression / panic attacks / phobias (eg fear of flying) / insomnia / weight loss and/or eating problems / gastric band weight loss / stop smoking / IBS, plus many other issues.
I work with clients to help rebuild their confidence and achieve a positive and lasting change in their lives using the various tools and techniques I’ve learned and developed over the years, eg hypnosis, NLP, Parts Therapy, EMI+, BWRT, etc. I tailor each session to each individuals needs, so that though you may have a similar issue to someone else, eg stress, the causes, how it affects you and your lifestyle will mean different things to different people - everyone is different and everyone is special in their own way.
I am based in Falkirk, 5mins from the town center or a short walk from Falkirk High Railway station.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

£70.00 per session

Standard Hypnotherapy Session : £70 (approximately 60 mins)
Smoking Cessation : £140 (approximately 120 mins) + free follow up session if required.
Gastric Band (minimum 3 sessions) = £210 (£70 payable after each session)
10% Discount for 4 sessions (all 4 sessions must be paid in advance to qualify, no other discounts applicable with this offer).
Discount available for NHS personnel, armed (and ex armed forces) on production of applicable ID.
Payment can be made with Cash or Direct Bank Transfer. Note: All Bank Transfers must be cleared before 1st session. I do not accept payment via Cards.
