Stress and anxiety management workshop
We all suffer periods of stress and anxiety from time to time. For many people, these difficult times can be prolonged, destroying our peace of mind and ruining events that could otherwise have been enjoyable.
These workshops teach self-help techniques to get us through those anxious and stress filled times. Diaphragmatic breathing, mindfulness, self-hypnosis sessions will be included. The price includes a take home pack with comprehensive notes on the techniques and a CD to continue the relaxation at home.
Morley Village Hall is easy to find, located close to Wymondham College. We might not be able to stop stress entering our lives, but we can control it. I hope to see you there!
