Live with Malminder: Online group sessions
Join me every month for a live hypnosis session to enhance your well-being and tackle the stresses that may be affecting your daily life.
When: First Tuesday of every month at 9 pm

Each live session (approx 1 hour) will focus on a different topic, based on the group’s suggestions. Topics will cover all of the main stressors of daily life from managing stress, sleep concerns to increasing self-worth.
There is no interaction with other attendees. Simply find a comfortable space, listen to my voice and let yourself unwind. By the end of the hour, you may find that you’re already asleep! But don’t worry, the hypnosis is still working to provide coping strategies and stress-relief on a subconscious level.
