Train to use gut-directed hypnotherapy with your clients

This 1-day CPD for therapists will look at:

  • The key areas of IBS and GI tract worries.
  • What IBS is and isn’t.
  • How metaphor frames the experience.
  • The relaxation response.
  • Sympathetic and para-sympathetic nervous system.
  • Warm hand technique (like a hot water bottle) on the belly.
  • Anchoring relaxation in trance to be used in daily life when tense or anxious.
  • Healing from within through hypnosis.
  • Working with IBS in parts therapy.
  • And more…

All this for £135 per person reduced to £100 as live via Zoom. To include hand-outs, practice, and effective protocols.

Gut-directed hypnosis (GDH) addresses the 'miscommunication' between the brain and gut. A trained therapist guides a person into a focused state of awareness while feeling deeply relaxed. This approach uses hypnosis, suggestion, guided imagery and relaxation to produce a therapeutic effect.
