How RTT is transforming lives?
How are you managing in today’s fast-paced world? It’s easy to feel overwhelmed – I have days when it's 3 pm and I don’t feel I have even started what I intended to do that day. In addition to the daily stress, other factors like anxiety, self-doubt, and past trauma can weigh on us – consciously or subconsciously – and hold us back from living the life we truly want and deserve.
Do you even know what’s wrong? Sometimes long established feelings of anxiety, lack of confidence, self-worth, guilt or fear are so deeply embedded in us that we are just used to feeling despondent – stuck in the belief that things don’t work out for us, we aren’t as lucky, smart, or successful as others. We blame circumstances or other people because nothing we have tried to do to change has worked.
Traditional therapy and self-help books helped me understand what I was feeling and gave me tools to use – but the problem was always there – I was the problem – I knew what I should be doing differently, but inside I just crumbled when it came to actually taking action to be different – I was stuck! Then I came across rapid transformational therapy.
What is RTT, and why does it work so fast?
Rapid transformational therapy (RTT) is a powerful blend of hypnotherapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, psychotherapy, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), developed by the world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer. Unlike traditional therapy, which can take months or years to show results, RTT often delivers life-changing breakthroughs in just one to three sessions. Almost too good to be true. But for me and others like me, RTT has been a game-changer.
So why does it work so fast? The secret lies in how RTT taps directly into your subconscious mind. That’s where most of our limiting beliefs live – the ones formed when we were children, often in response to difficult experiences or trauma. These beliefs can shape how we view ourselves and the world, creating invisible barriers to success, happiness, and fulfilment. RTT helps you uncover and change those beliefs, allowing you to move past the things holding you back.
How RTT transforms lives
I’ll tell you how it transformed me – although I appeared confident and happy, most of my days were a painful struggle with anxiety. I would put myself under immense stress to be the perfect person. I absorbed other people’s problems and looked to make myself indispensable, as I had a lack of self-worth and belief that I was enough just as I was. I would regularly ‘crash,’ emotionally and physically exhausted, and then feel guilty and useless.
RTT enabled me to see the events in my past that had caused me to feel ‘not enough’ and once the light was shone on them, I saw that I had been holding onto feelings and beliefs that weren’t relevant or valid to who I was now. Those thoughts and beliefs were replaced with ones I chose to feel and within just a few weeks I was on a new path.
The result for myself and others is a powerful shift in how you think, feel, and behave at a deep level. Imagine having a voice inside you now, telling you, “You are capable, you’ve got this,” and believing it! That’s the kind of transformation RTT can provide. It did it for me and I have seen it do it for so many of my clients.
