Weight and Sea

Longer evenings and brighter skies; sure signs that the summer is soon to be upon us and our minds will begin to turn to those two weeks of escapism nestled between the last week of July and the beginning of September.

Putting aside the stress related to the “are we there yets?” and the “can I have an ice cream?” another thought can easily start to cross one’s mind; how am I going to look in my flip flops and swimsuit or those thigh hugging Speedos.

Remain calm, there is still time and there is a way. Permanent weight loss and positive changes in body image are not the result of fad diets or panic driven starvation. An optimistic focus on a lifestyle that incorporates some common sense healthy eating (and drinking) and appropriate gentle exercise will see the pounds, sorry kilos, gently melt into the past and losing weight becomes a result of feeling good about oneself, happy to be in control.

“That’s all well and good” I hear you say, “but what about my “need” to keep up my chocolate in-take or my quest to help the local pizza delivery firm over come the credit crunch?” Well, it’s all about the word “need”.

Sometimes, we all too easily interpret “desire” as “need” and, once our unconscious mind honestly believe that a need is real, we find it very difficult to make change. Powerful thing, the old unconscious.

So, how do we convince our unconscious mind that looking good and walking the walk is worth the effort? The answer is to use some very straight forward internal focus and, therefore, natural hypnosis will enable you to take back the control.

Bring on the thong.
