The NCH Specialist Advisor In Weight Control, Rae Jenson is a Clinical Advanced Hypnotherapist specialising in Weight Control, Anxiety, Phobias and Smoking Cessation. Rae is also qualified in CBT and NLP as well as Meridian Therapy.

Licensed Practitioner of Hypnoband, offering Gastric Band Hypnotherapy Programme for weight Loss.

Rae Works with a wide variety of problems in her practice specialising in weight loss, binge eating, overeating, eating disorders, smoking cessation and anxiety related problems. She is a NGH Certified Instructor of Hypnotherapy.

Rae works Thursdays and Fridays from 10.00 through to 7.00pm

Fees

General Session fee is £50. Concessions available for unemployed, students, OAPs, Armed services, Emergency Services and NHS staff.
Weight Control Sessions £50
Hypnoband (virtual gastric band hypnosis with CBT) £300 for 4 sessions
Smoking Cessation £120 (one off session, if a second is required it is included in the price)

Hypnotherapy offers many different techniques which can help people control their eating. Eveyone is unique and I work in a very flexible way to address the problems which cause people to overeat.
