I am a fully trained Clinical Hypnotherapist.  By working closley with my clients I offer help and support with Anxiety, Stress, Confidence Building, Relaxation and many other areas.  I work from a pleasant treatment room which overlooks a garden with plenty of birdlife.  I use personally and teach meditation techniques and I am also a Reiki Master.
