Profile

I have eighteen years' experience dedicated to setting people free from issues which have held them back. I use hypnotherapy in conjunction with counselling skills to design as unique a therapy as the individual sitting before me. I've met many people who are stressed to the point they can no longer see clearly and the very least you can expect from hypnotherapy is a relief from that stress. When once anxiety and stress recede, self confidence, calmness and clarity can enter and allow the individual the control they need to exercise over all manner of harmful habits - from eating issues through to phobic responses.

I work from home. I'm easily reached - a five minute walk from Baker Street and Marylebone underground stations, very centrally located. My home is comfortable and relaxed, safe and secure.

I always allow two hours per session, plenty of time for you to say all you need for me to understand. Together, we find a way to explore what it is you want and to agree how we'll both know you're on your way to achieving it.
