I specialise in Smoking Cessation, Cancer support, Phobias, Habits, Confidence, Weight Loss. All other issues can be covered too. Methods used include Clinical Hypnosis, NLP, Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, EFT, Life coaching.
You think, therefore you are. What you think, about yourself, your circumstances, your relationships, and your view of the world in general, can have a direct affect on your emotions, beliefs and behaviour. Your subconscious is responsible for many of your habits, phobias and beliefs, storing away things learned from parents, education, friends, experience and the media, often limiting the way you think. Clinical hypnosis aims to correct these limiting beliefs.
I firmly believe in this connectivity of the mind and body and how a positive attitude and belief has a huge impact on a person's wellbeing. You can think yourself ill and you can therefore think yourself better. I take a holistic approach in dealing with problems to identify the cause, not just the symptom.
My sessions last from one to two hours, including consultation and treatment, and are carried out in a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere and in full confidence. I abide with the codes of practice laid down by the professional organisations I am registered with (GHR and CNHC).
