Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

" I really enjoyed the experience and reflected that in my busy schedule I never give myself space and time to just relax and not worry about anything." From Catherine from Leeds
“As a result of our sessions I noticed some significant improvements in the area that we worked on. I also felt that my thoughts became clearer, I became calmer, more grounded and more optimistic, and therefore better able to deal with stress and move in my chosen direction. What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a natural healing of mind and body through deep relaxation and heightened awareness induced by direct suggestions.
Nowadays, Hypnotherapy is more accepted as a therapy for many emotional and mental problems where the use of medication is sometimes felt to be inappropriate or could result to unpleasant side effects.
Hypnotherapy can be used in a wide range of dental, psychological and medical problems. Areas of application include stress, anxiety and panic attacks, addictions (smoking and drinking), unwanted behaviour (ticks and nail biting), fears and phobias, pain management, confidence issues. Hypnotherapy can also be used to enhance sports performance, public speaking and Hypno-birthing.
