Profile
I practice as a clinic and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist in two Oxford clinics; The Summertown Clinic in North Oxford (www.thesummertownclinic.co.uk) and the Raleigh Park Clinic in South Oxford (www.theraleighparkclinic.co.uk).
I work to resolve,alleviate and positively change unhelpful habits, patterns of behaviour and thinking. I specialise in working with stress, anxiety, performance anxiety, depression, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, relationship issues, sexual issues and life issues.
I also work with insomnia, weight management, pain management, irritable bowel syndrome, overactive bladder syndrome and bruxism. I am a member of the National Smoking Cessation Institute and offer a comprehensive and effective stop smoking treatment package.
I have work with clients of all ages, including children from the age of eight.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) gaining a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, with dsitinction. The LCCH is accredited by the British Accreditation Council, the Open University, Greenwich University and the Royal College of Nursing.
I am a full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
Prior to this I trained and worked as a state registered music therapist within the fields of psychaitry and learning disabilities, with both children and adults.

Fees
My fees are £65.00 per hourly session. This fee includes written materials and recorded cd's.
The STOP SMOKING treatment package is £200.00. This includes a two hour appointment, phone support for a month, to hypnotherapy cd's to practice listening to and, if necessary, a top up appointment.
