NEW YEAR RESOLUTION TIME AGAIN?
We don’t succeed because our thinking strategy is geared up for failure. This strategy is called willpower.
Willpower is using an action to move away from something we want.e.g.
- I am not eating that chocolate bar.
- I am not smoking that fag.
By changing to a thinking action of motivation we are moving towards something we want.e.g.
- I eat foods that nourish my body.
- I breathe in clean refreshing air.
Use hypnotherapy to change your thinking strategy to get more of what you want.
