Stress and anxiety management workshops
Stress and anxiety are common mental health issues, but can have a devastating effect on everyday living.
This workshop teaches easy techniques including mindfulness, diaphragmatic breathing techniques and self-hypnosis which are quick, easy and can be used to combat those stressed out, fearful and anxious feelings.
The cost includes comprehensive notes on techniques learned and a CD to continue to relax at home.
