As part of Paula O'Brien's "Healthy With Me" course, Hypnotherapist Nicolette Lawson (M-Power-Me Hypnotherapy) will be giving an introductory talk and short group hypnosis session, to explain how hypnosis works, how the mind and body are linked and how hypnotherapy can be used to improve health.
