Group weight-loss programme

These weight-loss sessions may appeal to people who want to lose weight but can not afford one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions. 

There will be no more than six people at each session.

The cost of the 1.5 hour session is £20.00 per person. They are held on Wednesday and Friday.
