Supervision details

I offer regular and ad-hoc 1-2-1 supervision. This has the advantage of being more time efficient for you and focused only on your challenges and issues. My style of supervision is solution focused in approach, which I believe is a good developmental model for hypnotherapy practitioners and supports you to gain skill and confidence from your earliest days, as well as when you're a more experienced practitioner.

I have over a decade of experience in traditional and solution focused hypnotherapy, and have run both face to face, hybrid and now completely online practice - specialising in anxiety and stress related issues, which can be many and varied.   I teach and assess the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma and SFBT module of the AHD, for CPHT. I am trained in mental health first aid, working companies as their mindset and mental health trainer.  I keep up my own CPD for my practice as well as undertaking training I feel will be useful for you too.

There are two ways to access supervision; pay as you go at £80 per hour, which you can book pro-rata from 15 minutes upwards, or supervision membership.

The membership includes 30 minutes of booked supervision + 15 minutes adhoc per month plus optional clinical and business focused peer led group sessions every six weeks. As part of the membership you have access to the group WhatsApp - a supportive and collaborative community of dedicated hypnotherapists.
