Supervision details

Clinical Supervision
The best supervision should leave you feeling clearer, more confident and better equipped to support your clients. It should be a space where you can think openly, celebrate what's going well, explore what's feeling difficult and continue to grow as a practitioner.

I offer one-to-one clinical supervision for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists across the UK, whether you're newly qualified, building confidence in practice or an experienced therapist looking for fresh perspectives and professional support.

My supervision style is, naturally, solution focused. It's supportive, collaborative and gently challenging, helping you develop your clinical thinking, strengthen your confidence and find your own way of working rather than simply giving you answers.

Alongside more than 15 years in clinical practice, I'm a lecturer, supervisor and assessor with CPHT, one of the UK's longest-established and most respected Solution Focused Hypnotherapy training organisations.

I teach on the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma and the Solution Focused Brief Therapy module of the Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma, assess advanced practitioners and deliver Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for qualified therapists.

Having built successful face-to-face, hybrid and fully online practices, I also understand the realities of running a therapy business. Supervision with me can include clinical discussions, ethical dilemmas, confidence, boundaries, online working, professional development and the practical challenges that come with building a sustainable practice.

I'm committed to my own ongoing learning through regular supervision and Continuing Professional Development, ensuring my knowledge remains current, evidence-informed and relevant to the therapists I support.

Supervision Options

Pay as you go
£80 per hour, bookable in 15-minute increments, giving you the flexibility to access support whenever you need it.

Supervision Membership
For therapists who value regular support and connection, membership includes:

• 30 minutes of scheduled one-to-one supervision each month.

• An additional 15 minutes of ad hoc supervision for those unexpected questions between sessions.

• Optional peer-led clinical and business development groups approximately every 2 months.

• Access to a supportive WhatsApp community of dedicated Solution Focused Hypnotherapists.

Whether you're looking for regular supervision or occasional support, my aim is always the same: to help you become a more confident, thoughtful and resilient practitioner while enjoying the work you do.

If that sounds like the kind of supervision you're looking for, I'd love to arrange a discovery call.

The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
