About me

I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and member of the Hypnotherapy Society, using both Suggestive Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis.
I run my private practise from home, working full time in an allocated room, where clients are able to feel safe and at ease.
Complete confidentiality is given at all times, with empathy and non judgement concerning their issue.

I specialise in:

  • anxiety
  • stress
  • sexual/physical abuse
  • weight loss
  • quitting smoking
  • alcohol abuse
  • exams
  • interviews
  • OCD
  • and much more.

My aim is to assist you, overcome whatever your issue may be, by promoting a sense of well-being, improving energy levels and aiding relaxation.

How Hypnotherapy can help?

A therapeutic use of hypnosis, is an entirely natural state of relaxation of the mind and body. During the hypnotic state, I will guide you, using suggestions from the information you have given me concerning your issue, which assist in altering the psychological thought process connected to your issue.

Hypnotherapy is a process that will help you feel pleasantly relaxed while in full control of the process.

Hypnotherapy is a safe alternative state of consciousness.

Some people are concerned about making a change to their life, but as change is the one thing humans fear most, it's very normal to feel this way. By making the changes, you allow your life to move forward.

Hypnotherapy will bring about that change you are searching for. The journey can be a very enjoyable one, and it is possible, you will wonder why you didn't take the step years ago.

Whatever your issue may be, you will find me caring, supportive and emphatic.I will help you reach your personal goals, that you search to achieve.

Here are a few testimonies that past clients have kindly wrote. I have retained client identity, as I believe in complete confidentiality.
