About me

Hello there,

I’m Daniel. If you need help with your anxiety issues, or your self-esteem and confidence issues; if you want to learn some effective coping strategies to help you manage your stress more effectively, or if you’re feeling ‘stuck’ and don’t know what to do, I can help.

I have been in practice since 2004, using clinical hypnotherapy and a form of CBT known as Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), together with elements of positive psychology, to help people deal with their life blocks and challenges and to achieve their goals. I have worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, private healthcare, occupational health, the NHS and The Priory Hospital.

As well as seeing people one-to-one, I provide bespoke workshops and webinars to a variety of corporate clients, as well as consultancy on various aspects of mental health and wellbeing. I am author of How to Cope with Almost Anything with Hypnotherapy (Green Tea/Bloomsbury) and The Four Thoughts That F*ck You Up . . . and how to fix them (Vermillion/Penguin Random House).

I have a master’s degree in rational-emotive and cognitive behavioural therapy and diplomas in both clinical hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy.

To find out more please go to www.danielfryer.com or, to book an appointment, please either call/text/WhatsApp me on +44 7947 310 052 or email me at info@danielfryer.com. I offer a free 15-minute telephone or zoom consultation in advance of booking a session. Please note that, for the moment I am working in an online only capacity.

Please feel free to get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.
