About me
Many of the women I work with appear to be coping well on the outside, yet underneath they feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful.
Many of my clients tell me they are used to coping – until suddenly it feels like everything has become harder than it used to be.
You may notice your mind constantly racing, difficulty switching off, feeling snappier than usual, or wondering why things that once felt manageable now feel overwhelming.
Often the people I work with are capable, responsible individuals who carry a lot of pressure — work, family, and the expectations they place on themselves. Over time, that constant load can begin to take its toll.
Hypnotherapy offers a calm space to step back from the noise of everyday life and begin exploring different ways forward.
My approach is solution-focused, which means we spend less time analysing problems and more time focusing on where you would like things to move towards. Sessions combine conversation with guided relaxation to help quieten a busy mind and support positive change.
People explore hypnotherapy for many reasons, including feeling overwhelmed, struggling to switch off, experiencing ongoing anxiety, or wanting to feel calmer and more like themselves again.
If you’re curious about whether hypnotherapy may be helpful for you, you’re welcome to arrange an introductory call. This is simply a relaxed conversation where we can talk through what’s been going on and answer any questions you may have.

The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
info Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
I also support clients experiencing overwhelm, burnout, mental overload, overthinking and difficulty switching off. Many people I work with are capable individuals who are used to coping until things begin to feel harder than they used to.

Additional information
Sessions are available on a pay-as-you-go basis, or as part of a discounted package if you would prefer to plan a small course of sessions.
Many clients choose to begin with a single session and then decide whether they would like to continue. Others prefer the structure of a package so they can focus fully on the process without needing to think about booking each session individually.
Packages are simply offered as a convenient option and are never required.
Session fees and package options are available on my website, where you can also book appointments online at a time that suits you.
