About me
I came to hypnotherapy after many years of being interested in complementary therapies. I have experienced the benefits of hypnotherapy myself for a phobia, so I know first hand how life changing it can be. I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Stress Management Practitioner while studying with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis International and am a member of the British School of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH), registered with the Complementary & Natural Health Council (CNHC). I specialise in Weightloss, Anxiety/Stress Management and IBS. I also run group Weightloss and Stress Management Workshops on a regular basis.
I am a Licensed HypnoBand Weight Loss Practitioner.
Every client who contacts me is different, they may sometimes have similar issues but each is different, they have different beliefs, different motivating factors, different emotions; I therefore ensure that I take the time to ensure therapy is tailored for each clients particular case and needs, using a mixture of Hypnotherapy and REBT, which have been found to help bring about long lasting change.
Therapy can be accessed face to face from my therapy room or online via zoom.
I manage and am based at the Haven Holistic and Hypnotherapy Centre, Kilmarnock. www.havenholisticcentre.com
