I support people to take control of their lives by making decisions which are right for them. If your feeling a little lost or just have a general feeling of sadness that will not shift then I can help.
I can help you understand the reasons why you may feel the way you do and give you the tools you need to manage your own stress levels and regain control over your life.
As a busy mam of two young girls I know that when life gets busy things can get on top and us. Some days it feels like the treadmill never stops and if we slow down we might fall off.

For one reason or another, I hadn't slept properly for a very long time, only getting a few hours a night and feeling absolutely exhausted. I had tried absolutely everything and was at the end of my tether. I'd struggle to get to sleep then would wake up and struggle to get back off for hours.
