Online emotional and psychological support for IVF and fertility
I’m a clinical hypnotherapist (DHyp, ICCHP), APHP-registered, a member of the IHA and a trained Positive Psychotherapy consultant. I offer online emotional and psychological support for women going through IVF and fertility treatment: one-to-one online sessions, small online IVF support groups, and guidance for partners and family members on how to support you.
This work comes from my own life. I went through IVF myself: the injections (with a real fear of needles), the hormones that turned my moods into a storm, the complications, the surgeries, the cycles that failed and the embryo I lost. I had people around me, and yet emotionally I was completely alone. Clinics focus on eggs, embryos and results. Very few people ask how you are.
Online IVF support sessions at every stage. I support women preparing for IVF, during stimulation and the two-week wait, after a failed transfer or pregnancy loss, and those living with infertility. Together we work on fertility anxiety, stress, overthinking, low mood, relationship strain and the exhausting cycle of hope and disappointment. This emotional support complements your fertility clinic’s medical care. It never replaces it.
Online IVF support group for women. Alongside one-to-one sessions, I run weekly online support circles with no more than 5 women in each. It’s a safe space to speak openly with women who truly understand, learn practical tools to calm anxiety and stress during IVF, and end each session with a guided relaxation. I also run a free online community for women going through IVF and infertility.
Support for partners and family. Many partners and parents want to help but don’t know what to say or do. I offer sessions to help them understand what IVF feels like from the inside and how to support her well.
I also offer online hypnotherapy for stress, anxiety, low self-esteem and emotional eating. Sessions are online worldwide in English, Russian or Ukrainian, or in person in Monaco. The fee is €95 per session.

Member organisations
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics. There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
