I have over 10 years of experience working with one to one clients and facilitating group workshops, meditations & retreats.
My Journey
As far back as I can remember, I always knew there was more to what we perceive with our five senses. For some, religion and science provide the answers that they seek, but I couldn’t help the feeling that there was more.
In my early 20’s I felt compelled to start my quest for knowledge. I delved into spirituality, philosophy and metaphysics. I studied intensely and learned as much as I could about the esoteric, the laws of the universe, energy, human consciousnesses, the power of the mind and the correlation between the mind and physical ailments.
I found it all absolutely fascinating!
By day I worked in the property industry, managing a busy portfolio of high end properties in the city - and at weekends I studied Shamanism and qualified as a Shamanic Healing Practitioner and Energy Healer.
I began working with women who were already on a spiritual path, but I knew I wanted to reach a wider audience.
I began training in Hypnotherapy, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Therapy and eventually qualified as a Hypnotherapist & Rapid Transformational Therapist, combining all I had learned from each modality.
But the biggest shift came when I turned the work fully on myself.
Through deep subconscious and emotional healing, I began to address the root of my own patterns - connecting with and integrating the parts of me that had been overlooked, suppressed, or stuck in the past. Not just understanding them… but actually feeling and resolving them.
That's when everything changed. I was able to quit toxic habits that I had struggled with for years.
I left my dis-functional marriage and my corporate job, I sold my house and completely transformed my life into one that finally felt like mine. And for the first time in my life, I felt free.
My work today is built on that experience.
I combine trauma-informed hypnotherapy, inner child work, and deep emotional integration.
Today, I have the privilege of guiding women through that same process - helping them heal, grow, and step into a more empowered way of living.
It’s work I feel deeply connected to, and it’s an honour to hold that space for every client who chooses to step into it.

Packages:
I offer a package of three sessions for those who feel ready to go deeper and fully commit to the process.
This is priced at £87 per session online or £110 per session in person, with the package paid in full upfront.
The package includes one follow-up integration call after your final session. Sessions are usually spaced out over nine weeks , giving you time to integrate each experience and allow the changes from your personalised recordings to fully embed.

Will this work for me?
If you’re open, willing, and ready to look at what’s beneath the surface, this work can be incredibly powerful. You don’t need to have everything figured out - but a genuine desire for change is important. I’ll guide you through the process safely and at a pace that feels right for you.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on you and what you’re working through. Some clients experience significant shifts in just one session, while others benefit from a series of sessions to go deeper and create lasting change. We’ll discuss what feels right for you during your initial consultation.
Do I need to prepare for the session?
It may be useful to journal any triggers or current emotional upset. On the day of the session, please ensure you have time to rest afterwards. I advise not planning any strenuous activities and to avoid any potentially stressful situations following your session.
What does hypnosis feel like?
You’ll remain fully aware and in control throughout. Most people describe it as a deeply relaxed, focused state - similar to being absorbed in a book or daydream. You can hear everything, and you’re able to come out of it at any time.
Is this safe if I’ve experienced trauma?
Yes - my work is trauma-informed, which means we approach things gently and safely, without forcing you to relive anything before you’re ready. Your nervous system and sense of safety are always the priority.
How quickly will I see results?
Some shifts can feel immediate, while others unfold over the days and weeks following a session as things continue to integrate. Everyone is different, but the aim is always lasting change rather than quick fixes.
What if I feel emotional during the session?
That’s completely normal and often part of the healing process. You’ll be fully supported, and we’ll move through anything that arises in a way that feels safe and manageable for you.
Are the sessions confidential?
Yes, everything you share is held in complete confidence.
How are the sessions structured?
1. Initial Consultation (30 minutes) We begin with a relaxed 30-minute call to explore what’s been coming up for you, what you’d like to change, and what you’re hoping to get out of the work. I’ll also talk you through how I work and answer any questions you may have, so you can decide if it feels like the right fit for you.
2. 1:1 Session (60–90 minutes)
Sessions are available online or in person and typically last between 60–90 minutes. This is where we do the deeper work - working with the subconscious mind, emotional patterns, and past experiences to create emotional safety, relief and resolution.
3. Follow up Call (30 minutes)
Following your session, we’ll have a 30-minute follow-up call to check in, integrate what’s come up, and support you as you begin to move forward with the shifts we’ve created.
