About me

Hello Potential Client,

thank you for looking at my profile. I qualified in 2012 as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, an Integrative Counsellor/ Psychotherapist and later as a Mindfulness Practitioner that has a CBT Model. I use a combination of these therapies to help to bring about positive changes and support you to understand the origin of your overwhelming and often underlying issue/issues that are affecting you physically, mentally, and emotionally and are having a negative impact on your daily life.  Here are some of the problems I tackle:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Low Self Esteem,
  • Confidence Building
  • Fears and Phobias
  • Smoking and Vaping Cessation
  • Weight Control
  • Alcohol Consumption Control
  • Menopause Symptoms
  • Insomnia
  • Public Speaking Confidence,
  • Sports Performance,
  • Some Traumas
  • Habits

Many issues overlap and most of the time you will have more than one to deal with. Hypnotherapy in a nutshell is about changing your thought process and tapping into the part of the brain where you store unhealthy perceptions, thoughts, and feelings many you have probably held onto for years.  It is safe, you are always in control and at the very worst you will fall asleep. The sessions are tailor made to you and clients always say how relaxed they feel after each session. Please refer to my website for client reviews.

Whatever you decide,  I wish you all the very best on your journey towards finding inner peace. You cannot put a price on improving your wellbeing.

GHR
The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
