About me
Helping people overcome challenges and find lasting change is at the heart of my work as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. My approach goes beyond standard hypnotherapy—I focus on understanding your unique experiences and patterns to create meaningful, lasting change.
I work across a wide range of issues:
- Mental & emotional wellbeing: Stress, anxiety, low confidence, self-esteem. Some clients seek support simply because they don’t feel happy. Together, we explore underlying issues and solutions to help them reach a better place.
- Support for teenagers: Social anxiety, exam preparation, bullying
- Medical conditions: Chronic pain, insomnia, IBS, SIBO, weight management
- Professional challenges: Work stress, burnout, imposter syndrome, fear of public speaking
- Behavioural changes: Bad habits (e.g. overspending), quitting smoking, vaping, nicotine pouches
- Fears and phobias: hospitals, dentist, flying, heights, and more.
- Trauma resolution: Phobias, PTSD, past experiences affecting current wellbeing, intergenerational trauma
I integrate a range of evidence-based techniques to amplify results, including Solution Focused Therapy, NLP, EFT, EMDR+, Positive Psychology, and Transformational Therapy. As a HypnoIBS® Practitioner, I offer specialist support for IBS and SIBO management. I also offer Reiki, Sophrology and Systemic Family Constellations services.
I offer a free consultation where I take the time to truly understand your needs and create a customized plan. I also teach simple techniques you can use beyond our sessions, ensuring lasting change. Let’s connect and start this journey together.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members. There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
As a therapist, I am deeply committed to supporting my clients with practical solutions that lead to meaningful change.
When I work with you, I make sure we look for solutions that give you immediate relief. I also teach you some techniques you can use in between appointments (breathwork, recordings or self-hypnosis) which enable you to be independent and continue to make progress outside of our sessions.
I have experience working across a wide range of issues and I also use a wide-range of techniques as it is important that we find something that works for you. Your experiences and instincts matter—I tailor my approach to what resonates best with you.
I do specialise in:
- teenagers’ anxiety: Teenagers face complex challenges that require a tailored approach. Building a strong relationship is key to their progress, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered.
- medical issues: With a MSc in Physiology and experience in clinical research, I have a deep understanding of medical symptoms and the mind-body connection. I also incorporate energy healing as part of a holistic approach.
- supporting professionals: Having firsthand management experience, I understand the hidden language of corporate life and the challenges professionals face—burnout, imposter syndrome, work stress, and more.
