About me

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and I'm able to help you to overcome personal issues quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.
I specialise in working with individuals with a wide range of difficulties such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, recovering from a break up, phobias (such as a fear of flying,a fear of spiders,a fear of snakes etc), weight loss and to quit smoking. I use a combination of Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Hypnotherapy to achieve this.
I understand that life can be very challenging. If you are experiencing recurring or ongoing difficulties, it can be helpful to speak to someone who will not judge, but work with you to improve your wellbeing. If you have a struggle, as we all do at times, help is here for you.

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

The initial consultation is 90 minutes. This gives you a chance to talk about yourself, answer a few questions I may have and for me to come up with a treatment plan going forward.
