Over my working life I have had many roles, starting as a youth and community worker supporting young people with learning disabilities to then teaching health and social care in colleges. I have also worked with young people in an alternative provision as they struggled with mainstream school and I have worked with children and families who are affected by childhood cancer as a wellbeing therapist for 10 years, as well as continuing to train on health and social care apprenticeships and Mental Health First Aid Courses.

I have been practising as a qualified hypnotherapist for 2 years.
