Whether you are looking for one to one hypnotherapy to help with complex issues or just need to relax and re-charge I am here to help. I'm really passionate about what I do and treat all my clients as unique individuals.

I also offer school and corporate packages as well as group packages over zoom several times a year for hypnobirthing, stress and weight loss.

Training, qualifications & experience

BA Hons Youth and Community Studies

Level 3 Counselling Skills

Cert Hyp CS

Over my working life I have had many roles, starting as a youth and community worker supporting young people with learning disabilities to then teaching health and social care in colleges. I have also worked with young people in an alternative provision as they struggled with mainstream school and I have worked with children and families who are affected by childhood cancer as a wellbeing therapist for 10 years, as well as continuing to train on health and social care apprenticeships and Mental Health First Aid Courses.

I have been practising as a qualified hypnotherapist for 2 years.
