About me

Samia Hassan is a professional Hypnotherapist and Life Coach working in Windsor and Harley Street, London. Her program of Hypnotherapy - based around one-on-one consultation session, Especially tailored Hypnotherapy scripts, regular assessment sessions and activities - is designed to help clients develop tools to help them throughout the rest of their lives, unlocking their full potential so that they can become new and continuously improving individuals. Samia is particularly interested in empowering her clients by helping them to heighten their self-awareness and better understand and manage their challenges, which in turn improves their overall quality of life.

Hypnotherapy is aimed at giving your mind the tools it needs to effect positive change in your behaviour, emotions and thoughts. Therefore, regular sessions are based around processes of exploration and learning, with clients given time to consider their pasts and futures in their own terms. The programme provides multiple levels of support for those undertaking it, from especially tailored Hypnotherapy scripts, the suggestion of exercises for clients to attempt in between sessions to follow-up sessions which are designed to aid clients in maintaining the ‘new them’ and continuing to face challenges in a constructive way.

Samia Hassan is highly experienced and qualified to bring out the best in her clients through a variety of methods and techniques. Her qualifications range from a BSc in Education and Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and Therapeutic Communication to a Diploma in Business and Life Coaching. Furthermore, she is a qualified NLP practitioner, and experienced in working with people from many backgrounds and age groups. Through experiences such as travel, volunteering and managing various businesses, Samia has come to realise that everybody has something to offer and to add to the lives of others. Samia’s aim is to guide her clients so that they might free themselves from whatever is holding them back and unlock their full potentials.

Samia’s approach to Hypnotherapy is “Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy”, which draws from a range of disciplines in the fields of therapy and neuroscience to achieve positive changes. The benefits of CBH have been proven by clinical studies, and can be used to positively change issues as diverse as IBS and warts, as well as other ailments. CBH has also been shown to be a highly effective route to pain management, stress relief, weight loss, the relief of social anxiety, and habit reversal.

Overall, Samia’s approach to Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching avoids a one-size-fits-all approach, allowing her clients to find new satisfaction in the work and personal lives, cope with stress and difficult situations in healthy and productive ways, and unlock their full potentials by identifying and then working towards achieving personal goals.

Both Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching sessions are also available in Arabic to those who would prefer this.
