Hi, I'm Rebecca Donoghue (B.A. hons, Dip Hyp, GQHP, ISCH). Thank you for looking at my profile to find out more about me.

I love hearing from my clients to find out how their hypnotherapy sessions have helped them to overcome their problems and to learn about the positive impact it's had on their everyday lives. Here are a few comments from clients I have worked with recently:
The hypnotherapy has and does really work for me and has changed my life, my outlook, my feelings and most of all my mental state. You meet people in your life that help you through difficult times, they may not know the in-depth workings of your life and the complexities or how much they can change your life for the better. But Rebecca is one of those fantastic people.
I just wanted to let you know that I've just returned from my road trip to California and thanks to you I managed to drive on some of the most amazing roads, along cliff tops, up and down mountains, and across bridges, all without any anxiety attacks! It was a fantastic experience that I'm not sure I would have been able to complete if I hadn't visited you, so I really want to say a massive thank you for everything.
Rebecca has helped me take huge steps to change my life and I have suffered with a form of panic attack for 9 years. Really welcoming and friendly and invested in helping you make a change.
I can’t recommend Rebecca enough! She helped me with my fear of flying, something I never thought possible. She is very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
I came to see Rebecca because my emotional and obsessive eating habits were totally out of control. I felt really down, my confidence and self-esteem were low and I had a very negative outlook about what I was capable of. Now, after just 6 sessions, I feel completely different. I have regained control of what I eat, I feel much more motivated to exercise and am more positive about my ability to lose weight. I'm also so much more relaxed and feel in control of life in general and how I handle situations that I used to find challenging. It has been a very positive experience and I'm so happy I decided to have the therapy.
Rebecca was amazing, helpful and very caring. She listened and supported me in an excellent way. Thank you so much!
I had been suffering with IBS for 30 years and it had worsened in the last 3. I wanted to try something different because other remedies hadn't worked. Now, after just 4 sessions the difference is unbelievable. The physical symptoms have reduced by around 80% and emotionally I feel so much stronger and in control. I would highly recommend hypnotherapy with Rebecca to anyone experiencing similar symptoms
I have recently had four sessions with Rebecca for anxiety and panic attacks. I can honestly say Rebecca has changed my outlook on life and I feel more relaxed and confident than I have in years. Thank you Rebecca for listening and helping me achieve this.
I came to see Rebecca because I felt stressed, anxious, angry and my confidence was low. All of this was having a negative impact on family and work life. I was unsure at first whether hypnotherapy could help me, however, after just 4 sessions, I can’t believe the difference it has made. In fact, after just one session I already noticed a huge difference in how I felt. My anger has now more or less disappeared, I’m much more confident and my ability to manage and cope with situations I used to find difficult has improved dramatically. I also feel far less stressed. I would highly recommend giving it a go.
It's been a week since my last session with you and my outlook on things is so very different to before and I've got this coat of confidence that I'd long missed. I thought I'd let you know that I had my interview on Tuesday, felt the same confidence of the past and got a job offer by Thursday. I am so grateful for what you have helped me to recognise and unlock within myself.
If you think I could be the right person for you, then please get in touch. I very much look forward to hearing from you.
*Important notice: I ALWAYS reply to enquiries so if you don't hear from me it will be due to a technical error. Please check your junk mail for responses and get back to me if you don't get a reply within 2-3 days.

I was struggling with anxiety/panic attacks and generally feeling pretty low, day to day was a struggle and work was becoming harder and harder. I found Rebecca’s details online and saw the excellent reviews and thought it was worth a try. Now, 6 weeks on, I cannot tell you the difference. I am back in control, I’ve enjoyed all the sessions and I’ve learnt invaluable techniques about relaxing and hypnosis, many of which I can perform at home, on my own, to maintain the improvement gained. Rebecca shares recordings with you and can even tailor these specifically for your situation. If you’re hesitating and wondering if this is for you, I would say just give it a go – I found it brilliant and the improvement from when I started is truly phenomenal.
From the moment I met Rebecca I felt very relaxed. She is very easy to talk to and I was at ease in the surroundings. The treatment I received from her has helped me 100%. She is very professional and understood my needs well. Anyone that is reading this and thinking about exploring hypnotherapy should be encouraged to give it a go. After 2 years of trying other alternative treatments, I now, after just a few weeks of hypnotherapy with Rebecca, feel the best I have felt in a long, long time.
Having been diagnosed with PTSD by my doctor I suffered from severe anxiety and depression. The condition was debilitating and affected my everyday life. I decided to try hypnotherapy as a last ditch effort. I contacted Rebecca after researching online, and an initial consultation at which I found it to be informative and hopeful. Rebecca instilled that confidence and I began a course of therapy. I began to allay my fears and to realise the good forces in my life. Throughout my therapy Rebecca was professional, and caring. Despite my scepticism she found a way to help me. I now feel confident and forward thinking, life now feels good!
I had never shared my problem with anyone before, not even my partner, but Rebecca was extremely professional, caring and eased all my worries about hypnotherapy and my need for support. Rebecca explained the process, shared plenty of information and I felt fully supported in making the decision to go through with the program.
The sessions were brilliant, I learnt more about myself than I had expected and feel that this program has transformed my life along with my relationship with food, my confidence and my need to turn to food in times of difficulty. Rebecca also gave me a number of tools during and after the program which I have continued to use quite regularly.
The program wasn’t just about not eating, it was about understanding what my triggers were and really putting mechanisms in place to support me rather than telling me to not binge eat. This whole process was more than a hypnotherapy session, it was the help I had needed for many years and I wish I had come across it sooner.
