Certified Hypnotherapist (Private Practice since 2023)

About me

Hello, I'm Beccy, a qualified Hypnotherapist who is passionate about supporting people through life’s more difficult moments.

I'm here to help you to understand the process, the experience and how Hypnotherapy can help you. I understand that it is a brave step to make contact with a therapist, and to engage in therapy to support you in overcoming and managing your individual issue.

I also believe it's important to find a good match between yourself and your therapist, and why I offer a free 15 minute phone call to find out if we would work well together (no obligation).

Who do I work with?

I have successfully worked with a range of clients presenting with anxiety, stress management, breaking unwanted habits and sleep issues, which have affected aspects of their daily lives. My aim is to improve a general sense of well being and restoring an equilibrium, and my sessions are individually tailored to each client, aiming to work together through their presenting issue, and to learn new ways to manage this.

During a session, you may experience a deep sense of calm and focused awareness, while remaining fully present and in control throughout. You can expect to leave feeling refreshed, lighter and with a renewed sense of confidence to move forward with the changes you want to make.

At times, life can feel a little overwhelming, and having some extra support can make all the difference. Hypnotherapy offers a gentle, supportive approach, helping you connect with your own strengths and resources to make meaningful, positive changes at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

To find out more please get in touch, I'd love to hear from you.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

  • Group Hypnotherapy Sessions

I also run group hypnotherapy sessions in my community. Individual therapy can feel like a big investment - therefore, our group sessions offer a more accessible way to experience the benefits of hypnotherapy, providing a welcoming and supportive space where everyone can focus on their wellbeing without the added pressure of financial strain.

Groups are limited to 12 people, and each session is priced at £20pp.
