About me
I am a qualified hypnotherapist with two years experience in my own private practise.
I also run group hypnotherapy sessions in my community.
I have recently qualified with a level 5 Diploma in professional counselling and psychotherapy.
I understand that it is a brave step to make contact with a therapist, and to engage in therapy to support you in overcoming and managing your individual issue.
Therefore, it is important to find a good match between yourself and your therapist.
I offer a free 15 minute phone call to find out if we would work well together.
I have successfully worked with a range of clients presenting with anxiety, stress management and sleep issues, which have affected aspects of their daily lives. My aim is to improve a general sense of well being and restoring an equilibrium.
My sessions are individually tailored to each client, aiming to work together through their presenting issue, and to learn new ways to manage this.
I focus on flexibility with my client and review their progress within a block of sessions.
