About me

Hi I'm Paul. Due to suffering with workplace stress, I decided to qualify as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist to help people who may also be suffering with issues, to let them know they are not alone, and there is always hope and the ability to change.

I have always had an interest in people. Why do we operate the way we do? Why might one person be scared of spiders and have to run out of a room when they see one, and another person would quite happily sleep all night in bed next to a one? Understanding the differences in how we all experience the world led me to discovering Cognitive Hypnotherapy, which explains all this and more.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a transformational approach which enables you to let go of what’s holding you back and empowers you to live a healthier, happier and more successful life. It is a highly effective therapy that can make meaningful, measurable changes from your very first session. It combines hypnotherapy with NLP, CBT, Positive Psychology and Evolutionary Psychology. Every client is treated in a unique way and all interventions and sessions are bespoke to the individual client’s needs.

Clients are put into a light trance, a state in which you feel comfortable and relaxed. I will then speak to your unconscious mind so that you can let go of your problem and embrace a healthier, happier and more successful you.  This is a supportive, powerful service, which can be permanent.

It is highly effective for Addiction, Anxiety, Confidence, Depression, Fears and Phobias, Health Conditions, Stress and many other conditions including:

  • Losing weight
  • Improving quality of sleep
  • Quitting smoking
  • Overcoming gambling addiction
  • Improving confidence & self esteem
  • Dealing with bullying
  • Dealing with stage-fright
  • Dealing with depression
  • Dealing with procrastination
  • Dealing with over-thinking
  • Dealing with stress
  • Sexual problems

To make sure my approach is right for you, I offer a free phone consultation.
