I am Olya, a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist based in South West London, working worldwide.
I specialise in supporting ambitious women who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, stress, and imposter syndrome. My clients are often thoughtful, driven, and self-aware but frequently feel overwhelmed, or held back by self-doubt.
My approach combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and clinical hypnosis in a gentle, evidence-based way. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you, blending practical tools with deeper self-understanding.
