So how do you decide if I am the right hypnotherapist for you?
...... video below .....
Well; what if I tell you that Responsive Hypnotherapy is based on science, working on your whole mind & body by utilising both your brain & body neurology and internal biochemistry.
Responsive Hypnotherapy is phenomenally fast working and effective. It is also permanent.
As long as you can follow the process, I can get most people to where they want to be in just 2 sessions.
Only a few Hypnotherapists in the UK use this specific method. You are fortunate to have found a Licensed Responsive Hypnotherapist locally.
Using only light-trance, interactive and advanced clinical hypnosis, your anchor (trigger) to a negative memory will be moved/removed during the treatment and you will leave the session with a new-found confidence and ability.
After your treatment, you will remember that you had a problem, but won't be able to recollect HOW the problem used to make you feel. This emotion will have simply been removed.
Many clients have greatly benefited from visiting Nina at The Zone. Please visit my website or Facebook page and check the reviews.

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
If you have been diagnosed or suspect you may have one of the medical conditions starred above, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies or treatments.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
I can get most people to where they want to be in a 2-hour sessions. Though some matters may require 3 or 4 hours.
I will always explain the process and be clear about the number of sessions expected during the free 1/2 -hour initial consultation.
Having originally trained as a nurse at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, I have over many years seen how stress increases the risk of illnesses developing.
Stress is the root cause of much unhappiness. Stress is caused and felt for many reasons and manifests itself in many ways; for example, through anxiety, addiction, habits, phobias, sadness and weight problems.
I have, at last, after many years of searching, found the best way to help people recover from stress in an effective and rapid way.
I have helped many. To mention just a few cases: The stewardess who suddenly feared flying. The obese person who was addicted to fizzy drinks. The gardener who feared spiders. The teachers who feared confrontation. The business person who feared 'change'. The partner who was nasty to family members. The student who feared exams. The dancer who was shy. The mother who needed strength. The pensioner having lost his 'zest for life'. The chap who had not dared visit a dentist for 15 years. The actress who was tongue-tied. The young person who lacked confidence prior to going to court. The newly diagnosed cancer-patient who hated needles. The man who was always angry and impatient. The smoker who wanted to quit. The alcoholic who saw his world tumbling down. The beautiful girl who felt she was ugly.
