About me
Hello, I’m Nina, a qualified hypnotherapist and wellbeing consultant based in Guildford, Surrey, offering sessions both in person and online.
I support adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, low confidence or self-belief, or who simply feel that they have lost a little of themselves along the way.
My approach is warm, calm and person-centred. I believe that sometimes we need a safe, confidential space to slow things down, make sense of what is happening and reconnect with our own strengths. I combine careful listening with hypnotherapy and practical wellbeing approaches, tailoring our work to you as an individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent more than 20 years working in education, including senior leadership. This has given me a particular understanding of the pressures experienced by teachers, school leaders and other caring professionals - people who often spend so much time looking after everyone else that their own wellbeing slips further down the list.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety or stress, navigating a period of change, wanting to build confidence, or simply wanting to feel calmer and more like yourself again, my aim is to help you create greater clarity, calm and confidence.
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation so that we can talk about what has brought you to hypnotherapy, what you would like to change, and whether working together feels right for you.
Supporting you to feel calmer, more confident and more you.
I am a Registrant Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society (MHS). The Society's registration relates specifically to my hypnotherapy practice.
