About me
Do you find yourself constantly thinking things through, replaying conversations, or struggling to switch off even when you’re exhausted? Perhaps you appear to be coping well on the outside, but internally it feels as though your mind is always busy analysing, worrying, planning ahead, or second-guessing yourself.
Many of the people I work with feel mentally drained by patterns of overthinking, anxiety, self-doubt, or the pressure of feeling responsible for everything.
As a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, I offer a practical, evidence-based approach. Rather than simply talking about problems, we’ll work together to understand the patterns that may be keeping them going and develop effective ways of changing them.
My aim is not only to help you feel calmer and more confident, but also to equip you with practical tools that you can continue using in everyday life long after therapy has finished.
I’m based in London and work online with clients across the UK and internationally. I offer a free 20-minute introductory chat so we can explore whether this approach feels like a good fit for you.

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

I offer a free, no obligation 20-minute introductory call to discuss what you'd like support with, answer any questions, and help you decide whether working together feels like a good fit. This is not a therapy session and there is no expectation to continue.
Standard sessions last 60 minutes and are charged at £60. The initial session lasts 90 minutes to allow time for assessment and planning, and is £90. A reduced rate is available when booking a block of four sessions (£220).
Further information
Many people are new to hypnotherapy and unsure what to expect, so I aim to make the process clear, collaborative, and easy to understand from the beginning.
Sessions are structured but flexible, with the focus on what is most useful for you. We may use discussion, guided imagery, relaxation, self-hypnosis, cognitive and behavioural techniques, depending on your goals and what feels appropriate.
My approach is calm, supportive, and practical, with an emphasis on helping you develop skills that can be used outside the therapy room as well as during sessions.
All sessions take place online, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space.
