About me

Do you want help to let go of something such as stress, anxiety, excess weight or a phobia?

Do you want help to increase your self-confidence or self esteem or get a better night’s sleep?

Do you want to make positive, solution focused changes?

As a therapist I have supported people just like you to make positive, lasting changes and to help them live a happier, healthier life.

I help clients to change the things they want to change by supporting them with personalised, creative and solution focused therapies and techniques.

As a social worker I have over 20 years’ experience working and supporting adults and children, often at their most vulnerable.  I love working with people and fascinated in the way people minds work. Becoming a Hypnotherapist has been one of the most rewarding things I have done in my career. I have helped people to become free of their issues and seen just how successful hypnosis can be.
