About me

Do you want help to let go of something such as stress, anxiety, excess weight or a phobia?

Do you want help to increase your self-confidence or self esteem or get a better night’s sleep?

Do you want to make positive, solution focused changes?

As a therapist I have supported people just like you to make positive, lasting changes and to help them live a happier, healthier life.

I help clients to change the things they want to change by supporting them with personalised, creative and solution focused therapies and techniques.

My journey into hypnotherapy began through a deep interest in understanding the mind, human behaviour, and the ways in which our thoughts and experiences shape how we feel and respond to the world around us.  Becoming a Hypnotherapist has been one of the most rewarding things I have done in my career.

Today, I work with clients to help them feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their lives, guiding them to reconnect with their strengths and create lasting, meaningful change.
