About me
Many of the people I work with come to me feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. They’ve often tried to “think their way out of it” or push through, but something deeper keeps pulling them back into the same cycles. My work focuses on gently uncovering what’s happening beneath the surface so you can understand and change the subconscious patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
Sessions with me are calm, collaborative, and grounded. I don’t believe in forcing breakthroughs or rushing your process. Instead, we work at a pace that feels safe, exploring the root causes of your struggles and creating space for clarity, confidence, and emotional ease to emerge.
Using a blend of RTT®, hypnotherapy, and mindset coaching, I help you access the subconscious mind, the place where old beliefs, fears, and protective patterns are stored. From here, we can release what no longer serves you and build new, healthier ways of thinking and responding. You’ll also receive a personalised transformation recording to support your progress between sessions.
Clients often tell me they feel deeply understood and supported, even when they’ve struggled to open up elsewhere. My role is to hold a steady, compassionate space where you can reconnect with your inner strength, feel more grounded, and move forward with a sense of possibility.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT®), Certified Hypnotherapist and Mindset Coach, specialising in anxiety, overwhelm and the subconscious patterns that keep people stuck.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence‑based methods including hypnotherapy, RTT®, NLP, CBT‑informed principles and solution‑focused techniques. I combine these with a warm, collaborative style to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly undertake continuous training in trauma‑aware and mind–body approaches, including the work of Gabor Maté and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This deepens my understanding of emotional patterns, nervous‑system responses and the roots of anxiety.
Alongside my formal training, I draw on lived experience of building resilience through personal challenges, including overcoming my own fear of open water. These experiences strengthen my understanding of fear, confidence and the mind–body connection, and help me support clients with grounded, practical tools.

My sessions range from £75 to £675, depending on the level of support you choose. I offer single sessions as well as a 3‑month Rapid Transformational Therapy programme for deeper, longer‑term change.
We’ll talk through your needs together so you can choose the option that feels right for you, there’s no pressure and no expectation to commit before you feel ready.
I offer daytime and evening appointments online, making it easy to fit sessions around work, family and life.
