Hi, I'm Lucy Phillips, owner of Sage Hypnotherapy, which is located in Wendover, Buckinghamshire.
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist (HPD, DHP) offering both face-to-face and online hypnotherapy sessions using a solution-focused approach. This means that whilst we can always talk about any issue, my focus is working towards the future you want rather than dwelling on the past.
I have always been fascinated by the human mind and learning more about why we do the things that we do! But above all, I really love working with people and my passion is helping them to resolve issues and move forward positively and confidently.
Hypnotherapy can make such a difference – offering a helping hand when life becomes challenging.
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process and the relationship between the therapist and client is an important one. I am fully insured and a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which is the UK's voluntary regulator. I stay up to date with all the latest advice and techniques and I am also a lecturer for the Clinical Hypnotherapy School. Above all, I offer a calm, confidential and neutral environment where together we can work towards making positive changes and achieving your personal goals.
Please get in touch with any questions or if you would like to find out more about hypnotherapy and how working together could help you. I look forward to hearing from you,
