About me

Hi, I'm Lucy Phillips, owner of Sage Hypnotherapy, which is based in Wendover, Buckinghamshire.

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist (HPD, DHP) offering both face-to-face and online hypnotherapy sessions using a solution-focused approach.  This means that whilst we can always talk about any issue, my focus is working towards the future you want rather than dwelling on the past.

I have always been fascinated by the human mind and learning more about why we do the things that we do! But above all I really love working with people and my passion is helping them to resolve issues and move forward positively and confidently.

Hypnotherapy can make such a difference – offering a helping hand when life becomes challenging.

Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process and the relationship between the therapist and client is an important one. I am fully insured and a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which is the UK's voluntary regulator. I stay up to date with all the latest advice and techniques and I am also a lecturer for the Clinical Hypnotherapy School. Above all, I offer a calm, confidential and neutral environment where together we can work towards making positive changes and achieving your personal goals.

Please do get in touch if you would like to find out more about me and how we can work together.  I look forward to hearing from you,

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair user access

Parking is available a short walk from the property. There is one very small step into the building. Unfortunately the doorways are not wide enough to enable wheelchair access.
