About me
I’m Lucy, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with further training in Counselling and Compassion Focused Therapy. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, low confidence, or periods of transition — whether that’s career changes, life shifts, or becoming a parent. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, build self-compassion, and find the clarity and confidence to move forward.
In sessions, we combine forward-focused techniques with tools to quiet self-criticism and break through blocks, so you can leave with practical steps to manage stress, anxiety, and self-doubt, and take action toward the life you want. Each session is tailored to you, with conversation, exercises, relaxation, and a touch of neuroscience — and, hopefully, some laughs along the way.
Sessions: Online therapy available afternoons and evenings; face-to-face in Radstock, near Bath, by arrangement.
Pricing: £80 per session or 4 sessions for £300 (£75/session)

Training, qualifications & experience
I graduated from the Clifton Practice in Bristol in March 2015 with a Diploma of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD). Since then I have also completed a Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Counselling and many CPDs including introductory courses in Compassion Focused Therapy and Psychosynthesis, both of which I use in my sessions.

Further information
I now offer an integrative approach, using counselling skills alongside the solution focused approach. Hypnosis is one of many tools in my toolbox, and while we may use it in sessions we won't always use it. Please see my website, or get in touch for more information about how I work.
