About me

As a hypnotherapist, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve balance, clarity and holistic well-being. The mind and body hold incredible innate healing abilities and through hypnotherapy, we can unlock these natural resources to create lasting positive change.

Whether you’re seeking freedom from stress or anxiety, wish to overcome phobias, manage unwanted habits, or support your weight-loss journey and much more, hypnotherapy offers a powerful pathway forward.

My role is to guide you with care and skill, helping you to access your inner strengths and make changes that feel authentic and sustainable.

Training, qualifications & experience

I achieved my Cert Hyp CS qualification in 2020 and have since been working with clients through Wellbeing with Louise, supporting them in making meaningful and lasting changes.

Alongside my hypnotherapy practice, I am furthering my expertise through counselling diplomas, deepening my knowledge of the mind and enhancing the therapeutic support I offer.

In addition to formal training, I bring a wealth of experience from my background in holistic and healing practices. This integrative approach allows me to combine hypnotherapy with intuitive, restorative methods - creating a unique and supportive space where clients feel safe to explore, heal and grow.

My work is centred on compassion, professionalism and a genuine belief in the spirit of change that resides within us all.
