Hello, I'm Louisa. I'm a qualified hypnotherapist based in Stalybridge. I use various techniques and approaches depending on the individual needs, supporting and guiding my clients to gain the best possible outcomes.
I have 3 years experience with hypnotherapy and delivering face-to-face 1:1 sessions or via Zoom. I deliver group hypnosis sessions in the community for relaxation, self-worth and confidence, letting go of self-limiting beliefs and setting new intentions.
I am a trauma-informed practitioner and have worked with behaviour for over 15 years, gaining substantial knowledge and experience.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Level 3 diploma in hypnotherapy.
- Bsc in criminology. PGCE.
- Near completion of Level 5 psychotherapeutic counselling.
- 3 years experience working face to face with clients and or on zoom.
- Group Hypnosis sessions in the community.
