About me

My name is Louisa, and I’m a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and qualified BACP-registered counsellor based in Nailsea or online.

If you feel caught in unwanted patterns of behaviour, negative thinking or habits that seem difficult to break, I can help you move towards meaningful and lasting change.

Together, we can explore the strengths and resources you already have within you, helping you develop new ways of thinking, feeling and responding. Through a combination of solution-focused therapy, counselling and clinical hypnotherapy, I can support you to break unhelpful cycles, build more positive patterns and develop practical skills for everyday life. My aim is to help you feel more empowered, confident and in control, so you can move forward towards a more fulfilling, balanced and enriching life.

I offer a no-obligation initial consultation to discuss your situation and a chance for you to explore how hypnotherapy could help you so please get in touch to arrange your consultation. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
