Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist

About me

Hi I'm Lisa, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and the founder of Theta Flow Hypnotherapy. My practice is based in Chorley, Lancashire where I currently offer online sessions to clients. My hypnotherapy sessions create a calm, supportive space where clients can gently shift out of overwhelm and into clarity, confidence, and ease.

Blending neuroscience informed techniques with deep relaxation and practical, everyday tools, I help people understand how their mind works and how to work with it rather than against it.

Whether someone is navigating anxiety, stress, low mood, or simply wants to feel more in control of their thoughts and habits, my approach is collaborative, empowering, and tailored to the unique way their brain processes the world. Each session is designed to feel soothing, accessible, and grounded, offering not just relief in the moment, but lasting change that clients can carry into their daily lives.

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Additional information

I find that offering a free discovery telephone call gives clients the opportunity to find out more about the therapeutic process and decide whether this feels like the right fit for them.

If you then decide to go ahead and book your initial consultation, during the consultation we’ll spend some time gathering information on what you would like to achieve from the sessions and some further background. We’ll also cover some key points around the neuroscience of how your brain functions in different scenarios.

Typically, the average number of sessions required falls between 8 and 10. However, this can vary significantly based on the individual. Some clients may need more or slightly less than the average.
